Structure
We have a Director at the top and District Captains in the various districts, followed by Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors. The beginner's cadre is Guard.
Heads the force and sets direction for the association's activities statewide.

Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors coordinate cadets on the ground.

The association has District Committees and a State Committee, elected purely on democratic lines. The 11-member State Committee elects the State President, Secretary and Treasurer.
TMPSF has a detailed bye-law and set of behaviour standards which every member is required to follow.
